A Destination

20 Brix is a wine bar, Restaurant, and Wine Retail Store, Located in the historic district of Down Town Milford Oh. Opened in 2007 by Hunter Thomas and his family, the restaurant has enjoyed many local and national accolades. We use seasonal and locally sourced ingredients. The food at 20 Brix is a mix of new American cuisine and traditional southern cooking, with a sprinkle of classic French and doused with wine led by Chef Paul Barraco.

Brix, pronounced BRICKS not Brie, is a German wine making term. The wine list at 20 Brix boasts 300 wines from all over the world with around 100 by the glass or 2oz flight. All of the wine on 20 Brix wine list is available in our retail store at Ohio retail price, ready for you to take home as you leave. Every Tuesday we host Wine tastings and occasionally, Beer or Bourbon tastings.

We will be featuring a very small producer in this delightful pairing dinner.  Paul Skinner has been an industry genius in his study of soils that are perfect for wine growing.  In his career he has mastered the perfect terrior for growing varietals.  He has found the best spots in Dry Creek Valley Sonoma and ideal spots in Napa.  Join us as we taste his Cabernets, Zinfandels, and Shiraz in this one of a kind tasting.
