Hunter Thomas
Hunter is the Owner Operator of both his restaurants;
 20 Brix and Padrino. He has worked for over 20 years in
the food and beverage industry. In his early years Hunter
studied to be a Chef at Johnson & Wales University in
 Charleston SC, where he earned a Bachelor's Degree.
 In addition to his extensive restaurant and hotel
experience, Hunter is a level two Certified sommelier
from the CMS.


H. Clay Mitchell, General Manager

Clay Mitchell has over 13 years in the food and beverage
 industry focusing primarly on hotel restaruants and
impeccable guest service.  Clay attended the University
of Kentucky and is a graduate of the Midwest Culinary
Institute.  Clay also holds a level one Sommelier
certification and is the primary wine purchaser for the
20 Brix wine list.

Richard Thomas
 Richard holds a level one sommelier certification from the Court of Master Sommeliers. Richard's extensive knowledge of food and wine is often overshadowed by his contagious personality and willingness to share any and all information with patrons.

Court Thomas
Court Thomas, a graduate of the Cincinnati State Culinary program, he cooks in the 20 Brix and Padrino kitchens. Along with assisting in the kitchen, he is the beer purchaser for Padrino and 20 Brix. Check out his Beer tastings on Tuesdays.
