 At 20Brix we do tastings a little differently than the average restaurant or retail shop.  We select five wines (or Beers) and pair them perfectly with new original items, so that what you are tasting is enhanced by the dishes we've created. 
So by the end of your evening you will have had a five course meal along with the wines (or Beers) you have tasted.

If a tasting is sold out, please add your name  to our waiting list.  Cancellations occur and we are able to open up spots on a first come first serve basis.

Tuesday January 27th
Progressive Tasting with Clay!
Clay Mitchell our General Manager and Wine Buyer will guide us through the tasting format.  From Judging to blind tasting we will discuss how wine professionals approach this delicious beverage.  Chef Paul will also delight us with his culinary creations and discuss the finer points of food and wine pairings.

Tuesday February 3rd
The Wines of Charles Smith
Adam Shobert returns to guide us through the wines from this fantastic west coast producer.  From Riesling to Cabernet we will visit all they have to offer.  Chef Paul has a great menu planned and we would like to have you with us as we learn all about
 Charles Smith.

Tuesday February 10th
Home Brew Dinner
We have found three Home Brewers who are willing to share their craft with us.  Chef Paul has sampled their creations and will have delightful food pairings for each of their home made brews.  While you can't buy this beer you are able to sample it as they discuss what went into each brew.  Spaces are very limited so be sure to reserve your spot today!

Row 11 Wine Dinner
Wines from the well known California vintners Row 11 will be featured in this event.  Chef Paul has been a fan particularly of their Russian River Pinots and will have outstanding dishes paired with each of their selections.

Tuesday March 3rd
Toasting the Cincinnati Wine Festival
We will have one of the producers that will be showcasing their wines at the upcoming festival.  Join us as we taste Italian selections of award winning caliber with the dishes of Chef Paul.
