 At 20Brix we do tastings a little differently than the average restaurant or retail shop.  We select five wines (or Beers) and pair them perfectly with new original items, so that what you are tasting is enhanced by the dishes we've created. 
So by the end of your evening you will have had a five course meal along with the wines (or Beers) you have tasted.

One of the best wine makers in the world has some tasty and unique wines that will be featured in this tasting.  Gott is making wines all over the world and we will show you why his wines are so special. Chef Paul will be pairing his creative dishes with these wines so you are sure to have a tasting to remember!

The Wines of Melville
If you aren't familiar with these wines than this is the perfect tasting to become acquainted with this producer.  Some of the best Pinot Noir out in the current market will be showcased along with several other varietals that are equally as good.  Chef Paul's delicate dishes will put this tasting over the top.  Make your reservation today because this is one that will surely sell out!
