At 20Brix we do tastings a little differently than the average restaurant or retail shop. We select five wines (or Beers) and pair them perfectly with new original items, so that what you are tasting is enhanced by the dishes we've created.
So by the end of your evening you will have had a five course meal along with the wines (or Beers) you have tasted.

These are two of the best names in the world of wine. Join us and Adam Shobert as we taste through the wines from these purveyors. These are award winning selections and Chef Paul will have award winning food pairings for each of these wines.

The Wines of Jean Luc Columbo
Ryan Oliver joins us to discuss the finer points of this French Rhone producer. If you have been looking for value to add to your cellar this is the tasting for you. Chef Paul will delight with his thoughtful pairings for Columbo wines.

Belgium Beer Dinner
Jeff Dunn of Cavalier Distributing will be pouring delicious Belgium style beers just in time for Spring. These will be delicious and hard to find selections for you to add to your collection. Chef Paul will be grilling it up as we embark on this taste of the season.
Tuesday April 15th
Au Bon Climat Tasting
This is a boutique winery in the Santa Maria region of California. They are making stellar Pinots, Chards, and Pinot Gris. Join us as we learn all about this wonderful vineyard. Chef Paul will get to use his soft touch to flavor these delicate yet complex wines.

Earth Day Tasting
Today is National Earth Day and we thought it would be fun to taste organic and biodynamic wines from sustainable winery's. We have searched the globe to find the pioneers in farming that is both great for wines as well as our planet. Chef Paul will also be working with orgainic and sustainable products in this out of the box tasting.
