 At 20Brix we do tastings a little differently than the average restaurant or retail shop.  We select five wines (or Beers) and pair them perfectly with new original items, so that what you are tasting is enhanced by the dishes we've created. 
So by the end of your evening you will have had a five course meal along with the wines (or Beers) you have tasted.

If a tasting is sold out, please add your name  to our waiting list.  Cancellations occur and we are able to open up spots on a first come first serve basis.

Tuesday April 15th
Au Bon Climat Tasting
This is a boutique winery in the Santa Maria region of California.  They are making stellar Pinots, Chards, and Pinot Gris.  Join us as we learn all about this wonderful vineyard.  Chef Paul will get to use his soft touch to flavor these delicate yet complex wines.

Earth Day Tasting
Today is National Earth Day and we thought it would be fun to taste organic and biodynamic wines from sustainable wineries.  We have searched the globe to find the pioneers in farming that is both great for wines as well as our planet.  Chef Paul will also be working with organic and sustainable products in this out of the box tasting.

Bad Tom Brewing
Featuring brewer Sean Smith
Taste with the guy who's making the beer in this close to home tasting.  Chef Paul and Sean have collaborated on this one of a kind tasting.  Sigh up today as spots are sure to fill up fast.

Component Tasting
Ever wonder what Sommeliers are looking for in wines?  What does a tannin taste like?  What is a balanced wine?  Join us as we discuss these components and pair the wines with the proper sugars and acids with the creations of Chef Paul.  This will be the most informative tasting you have ever done!

Saki Tasting with Eric Faber from
 Cutting Edge
Local Sommelier Eric Faber will join us to delve into the rice wine of the Far East.  We will pair each of the Saki selections with creations of Chef Paul.  This will be a new kind of fun for us here at 20Brix.
