At 20Brix we do tastings a little differently than the average restaurant or retail shop. We select five wines (or Beers) and pair them perfectly with new original items, so that what you are tasting is enhanced by the dishes we've created.
So by the end of your evening you will have had a five course meal along with the wines (or Beers) you have tasted.

Blend Your Own Bordeaux
Featuring the wines of
Trinchero and Napa Cellars
Back by popular demand, this is your next chance to blend your own bottle of wine. We will be tasting four single varietal wines and a Meritage from the wine makers of Trinchero in Napa. Chef Paul will craft thoughful pairings for each of these wine selections. Once you've tasted you will then get to play winemaker for the evening and blend your own. Price includes tasting and blended bottle.
